Pricing
You buy labels. The rest comes with them.
ShipTrace pricing is per label: you buy packs of smart tracking labels at rates agreed for your account, and the portal comes with them — the live map, the alerts, the share links, your whole team. There is no per-seat fee, no subscription for the map, and no charge to the person receiving a tracked package.
How it is priced
One number per label, agreed for your account.
Volumes and label mixes differ enough that one public price list would be wrong for most people, so rates are set per account instead — and then they simply apply, on every order, in the portal.
Per label, by the pack
Labels are bought in packs from inside the portal, priced per label against a minimum order. Your account carries its own agreed rates, and every order and every line stays in your history.
Two kinds, two prices
A cellular label costs more than a Bluetooth label, because it carries its own connection. Most customers run a mix — cellular on the shipments that keep somebody awake, Bluetooth on the flow — and choose box by box.
Shipping, stated up front
A flat shipping charge per order, to US addresses, shown before you pay. No other fees follow: no activation charge, no charge per position reported, no charge to look.
Included
What the label price covers.
Everything the portal does, for everyone on your team. If a feature exists, it is not behind a second price.

- Your whole team — no per-seat fee
- Geofence alerts and arrival deadlines
- Email alerts, and text where registered
- Live share links for your customers
- Label inventory and optional auto-replenishment
